Ingredients

  • 2 cups uncooked rice
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup

Method

Wash rice in cold water. Cover with boiling water, add salt and cook for 20 minutes. Drain; wash with hot water; dry and fluff by shaking colander over steam for 10 minutes. Fry the mushrooms with the liver, onions and celery. Combine all ingredients and stuff turkey.
