  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon minced parsley
  • ¾ cup sour cream

Method

Beat egg yolks, add sour cream and lemon juice. Heat in double boiler until thick and smooth. Season with salt and paprika and add the parsley. Serve over vegetables.
