Raisin Sauce for Tongue

Sos Słodki z Rodzynkami do Ozoru


  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 teaspoon water
  • 1 cup soup stock or bouillon
  • ½ cup raisins
  • 1 cup wine
  • 2 tablespoon hot vinegar


Melt butter, blend in flour. Add soup stock and wine, bring to boil. Carmelize sugar and water. Add to sauce. Add raisins and hot vinegar. Bring to boil again. Use honey instead of sugar, if you have it.
