Fresh Mushroom Sauce

Sos z Grzybków Świeżych


  • ½ lb. fresh mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon butter
  • ½ cup meat stock
  • 1 small onion, chopped fine
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon minced parsley
  • Salt


Wash and cut mushrooms into small pieces. Melt the tablespoon butter, add onion, mushrooms and parsley. Cook until tender, about 20 minutes. Blend flour with meat stock, add to mushrooms. Add cream, salt to taste. Add the remaining teaspoon of butter. Dry mushrooms may be used, but they must be cooked first.
