Majonez, 2gi Sposób

Ingredients

  • 8 egg yolks
  • 8 tablespoon cream
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 8 tablespoon salad oil
  • Salt
  • (Capers and dry mustard optional)

Method

Combine yolks (free of any whites), salad oil, cream and vinegar in top of double boiler, over heat, and beat to a white foam. Cool. Add salt to taste. Add a little mustard and a few chopped capers if you like.
