Fruit Juice Sauce

Sos z Soków


  • 1 ½ cup water
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 cup fruit juice
  • 1 teaspoon potato flour or corn starch


Bring water and fruit juice to boil. Add sugar. Blend the flour with a little water. Add to juice mixture. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Serve with hot desserts. Half a cup of wine may be added if desired, then add a little more potato flour.
