Cauliflower with Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 1 cup Bechamel Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
  • Salt
  • ½ cup bread crumbs

Method

Cook cauliflower as above. Place in casserole. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Cover with Bechamel sauce. Mix remaining cheese with bread crumbs and sprinkle over sauce. Pour butter generously over all and bake in oven for 15 minutes at 350° until the cheese melts and blends with sauce.
