  • 1 head lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 cup

Method

Wash, dry and separate the head of lettuce. Break leaves into small pieces. Mash hard-cooked egg yolks with a fork. Add mayonnaise, salt and sugar and beat well. Add sour cream and lemon juice. Mix thoroughly. Add chopped egg whites. Pour over the lettuce and toss with a fork.
