Potatoes and Eggs

Kartofle z Jajami

Ingredients

  • 3 boiled potatoes
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 6 hard-cooked eggs
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3 tablespoon butter

Method

Slice potatoes. In a buttered casserole arrange a layer of potatoes, a layer of sliced eggs and top with potatoes. Cover each layer with butter, seasoning and sour cream. Bake 30 minutes at 350°. Use 1 potato and 3 eggs to each layer.
