Mushroom Cutlets

Kotlety z Grzyb


  • 1 lb. fresh mushrooms or
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • ¼ lb. dry mushrooms
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon bread crumbs
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper
  • 6 hard rolls


Chop mushrooms fine. Fry in butter with onion and parsley. Moisten hard rolls and squeeze dry. Add eggs and bread to mushrooms. Season to taste. Make small cutlets in the palm of your hand. Dip in bread crumbs and fry in butter. Mashed potatoes may be substituted for hard rolls.
