Mushroom Cutlets

Ingredients

  • 10 large flat mushroom heads
  • 4 teaspoon flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 4 teaspoon butter
  • 1 egg
  • Bread crumbs

Method

Wash mushrooms thoroughly in cold water. Dry carefully. Beat egg, add flour and salt. Dip mushrooms in egg mixture, then in bread crumbs and fry in butter until tender and brown.
