Canned Mushrooms

Marynowane Grzyby


  • 1 peck mushrooms
  • ½ cup salt
  • 2 qts. water
  • 2 large onions, quartered


Wash mushrooms thoroughly. Cover with water, salt, onions and cook for half hour. Fill hot jars, seal and boil in water for 30 minutes. To use, soak in cold water to remove salt and prepare according to any recipe for fresh mushrooms.
