Easy Pickled Mushrooms

Łatwe Grzybki Marynowane


  • 1 8-oz. can button mushrooms
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 cup mild vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon pickling spices(in cloth bag)
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt


Bring vinegar and spices to boiling point. Add mushrooms and liquid and boil for 3 minutes. Cool. Serve whole on toothpicks for canapes or finely chopped, spread on plain or toasted rounds of white, rye or whole wheat bread or salted crackers and serve as appetizers.
