Cut bacon in small pieces and fry until crisp. Break eggs into a bowl. Add seasoning, crushed soda crackers, flour, water and milk. Mix thoroughly with spoon. Pour over the hot fried bacon (leave all the bacon fat in the pan) and cook very slowly until almost done. Sprinkle chopped chives over top and cover with slices of bread. Let cook very slowly until the eggs are set. Cut in wedge shaped pieces and serve immediately. Excellent for breakfast or luncheon.
