Soften yeast in lukewarm milk and add to beaten eggs. Stir in remaining ingredients. Beat until blended. Cover and set in warm place to rise—until light, about 1 ½ hours. Do not stir, but lift carefully by tablespoon and fry slowly on a hot, well-greased griddle. This is a heavier pancake and must be turned.
