Naleśniki Biszkoptowe

Ingredients

  • 10 egg yolks
  • 2 cups flour
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 10 egg whites, beaten
  • 1 cup sweet cream

Method

Beat egg yolks with sugar until lemon colored. Add flour and cream alternately. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites and fry cakes on well greased griddle. When done on one side, turn. Keep bowl with batter in cold water while frying.
