Lemon Creme

Krem Bardzo Łatwy

Ingredients

  • 8 eggs, separated
  • 1 tablespoon rum
  • 7 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin
  • Juice of large lemon
  • 2 tablespoon cold water

Method

Beat egg yolks with powdered sugar until thick. Add lemon juice and rum. Dissolve gelatin in cold water and steam over hot water until smooth. Add to egg mixture and mix thoroughly. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites and chill.
