  • 8 eggs, separated
  • 1 cup sugar
  • Juice of 2 oranges

Method

Pour lemon juice over sugar and beat until white, adding egg yolks one at a time. Add orange juice. Dissolve gelatin in cold water and stir over hot water until smooth. Add to egg yolks. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites and pour into mould to chill. Serve with whipping cream and candied fruits.
