Gooseberry Pudding

Kisiel z Soku Agrestowego


  • 1 cup gooseberry juice
  • 6 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 10 lumps sugar
  • 1 cup white wine


Rub sugar lumps on skin of lemon to absorb lemon oil. Add water to juice and sugar. Bring to boiling point and thicken with cornstarch mixed with water. Add wine and stir until thick. Turn into sugar lined mold and cool.
