Ingredients

  • Egg noodles cut very thin
  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • 4 cups apple sauce

Method

Make noodles, using 2 cups flour and 3 eggs. Cook in boiling salted water. Cool in colander under cold running water. Drain. Spread on a thin sheet and set in the oven to brown. Cook the apple sauce and make very sweet. Apple sauce should not be too thick. Mix noodles with eggs, cinnamon, butter and bread crumbs.
