Plum Fluff

  • 4 egg whites
  • Sugar and vanilla
  • 2 lbs. Italian prunes
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup wine


Bring sugar and wine to boiling point. Add plums and simmer until tender. Butter a fruit mold and fill with plum mixture. Beat egg whites until stiff. Flavor with sugar and vanilla to taste. Spread on top of plums and set in oven to brown. Serve hot.
