This is a rich, filling pasta which seems to leave a delicious subtle sweet lingering taste.
Melt the butter in a non-stick saucepan. Add the sausage meat and walnuts. Sauté for about 5 minutes or until the mixture is golden, breaking up the sausage into little pieces with a wooden spoon.
Add the prosciutto and sauté for another minute. Add the brandy and when it has evaporated, add the cream. Season according to the saltiness of the prosciutto and sausages. (Remember, Parmesan
