Dough

  • Yogurt 200 ml
  • Flour 300 g
  • Baking soda

Method

Dough

Mix flour, a little salt and baking soda. Add the yogurt and knead the dough quickly. Leave the dough to rest for 30 minutes.

Filling

Wash and dry strawberries on a towel. Mix icing sugar with starch and dip the strawberries into the mixture.

Roll the dough into 100mm circles, place the dip
