  • Fresh beetroot 200 g
  • Lemon juice 50 ml
  • Water

Method

Sorbet

Make juice from the fresh beetroots.

Mix water with sugar and bring to the boil. Remove from heat and add stabiliser, lemon juice, raspberry juice or raspberry puree and beetroot juice. Leave to infuse. Place in the ice cream machine.
