Clean the outer leaves from a middle-sized cabbage, cut in half and boil in salted water for 10-20 minutes. Remove and cool in iced water.
In a bowl, mix mustard oil, finely chopped garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, sugar, lemon juice, finely chopped parsley and chilli pepper.
