Cut out the cabbage stalk and boil the cabbage in hot, slightly salty water. Remove and cool in iced water. Take apart the cabbage leaves.
Boil the eggs, peel and dice, mixing with finely chopped parsley.
Dice the onions and fry in butter and vegetable oil until golden brown and add to the eggs.
