Dice the onions, carrots, cabbage, and with the garlic fry in vegetable oil. Add minced meat and continue frying. Add pelati tomatoes, paprika, juniper berries, bay leaf and water, and simmer for 1 hour. When the meat is almost ready, add the millet and cook until tender. At the end add salt, pepper, sugar and finely chopped parsley. Thicken with butter to obtain a thick consistent filling.
