Take the prepared vegetables and cut onions, carrots and cabbage into thin strips. Fry the vegetables in vegetable oil, adding pelati tomatoes after 10-15 minutes. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. At the end, add a little finely-chopped parsley and fresh thyme leaves, a piece of butter and honey.
