Cabbage cream

  • Cabbage 400 g
  • Milk 100 ml
  • Butter

Method

Cabbage cream

Dice the cabbage into large cubes, and fry in olive oil with finely-chopped garlic and thyme. Fry for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add milk and cream and simmer on a low heat until tender. Put everything into a blender, add cold butter and whisk. Season with salt and sugar.
