Dice the onions, carrots, parsley root and potatoes into cubes. Fry everything in vegetable oil until cooked. Dice the white mushrooms into cubes and cook in broth before adding them to the vegetables.
Make a broth using the beef ribs, adding dried white ceps, and boil until tender. Take out the mushrooms, add the potatoes and cook for 10 minut
