  • Milk 500 ml
  • Dried ceps 15 g
  • Cream

Method

Ice cream

Mix the milk with dried mushrooms and warm up to 80C. Leave for 2-3 hours. Pass through a sieve and mix with all the other ingredients. Heat it over steam up to 75C for 10-20 minutes. Put it into an ice cream maker or freeze using liquid nitrogen.
