  • Cottage cheese 280 g
  • Cream 80 ml
  • Pinch

Method

Cottage cheese cream

Mix the cottage cheese and the cream in a blender, adding salt to taste. Cool in the fridge.

Sauce

Mix all the ingredients until smooth.

Borodino crumble

Toast the Borodino bread and mix with pumpkin seeds, thyme and rosemary leav
