Prepare the anchovy/hamsa, a small Black Sea fish that can be salted or fried. It needs to be cleaned from the insides, rinsed and dried.
Dip in flour and remove any excess flour. Fry it in hot vegetable oil until it has a ruddy crust.
While the fish is frying, cut the brynza. Cut tomatoes in half.
