Method

Filling

Grate the cheese on a fine grater and mix with an egg, finely chopped dill and a little salt to taste.

Mix flour, egg and salt. Knead into a dough and leave it to rest for 30 minutes. Then cut off a piece and roll out a flat pancake of 2 mm and cut out circles with a round mould.
