  • Cottage cheese 400 g
  • Eggs x 2
  • Icing sugar 50

Method

Mix the egg with the icing sugar and add the cottage cheese. Knead it until smooth.

In order to remove excess moisture from the cottage cheese, add semolina and mix again. Add a little vanilla and a pinch of salt. Try it and leave for 20 minutes so that semolina swells.
