Mashed potatoes

  • Potatoes 500 g
  • Butter 100 g
  • Cream

Method

Mashed potatoes

Peel the potatoes, cut into slices and cook at 80C until ready, then mash and mix with butter and cream. Whisk and finally add dill pesto mixing well.

Dill pesto

Put the washed and dried dill into a blender, add parmesan, salt, pepper and a little olive oil and whisk to a smooth consisten
