  • Dill 5 g
  • Sugar 40 g
  • Water 40

Method

To make the syrup, mix the water with sugar and bring to a boil. Let it cool.

In a blender, mix the dill with the syrup, and pass through a sieve.

Squeeze lemon juice into the apple juice to stop it darkening.

Mix with dill syrup and mineral water.

To serve

Put some ice into a glass and pour the lemonade.
