  • Zander 600 g
  • Lime honey 50 g
  • Lemon juice

Method

Zander

Cut zander fillet into bite-size pieces, combine the honey, soy sauce and lemon juice and marinate in the fridge overnight.

Bake in the oven at 180C for 10-15 minutes.
