Roast beef

  • Beef fillet 400 g
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of black pepper

Method

Roast beef

The evening before, marinate the beef. Rub it with salt, mustard, black pepper, thyme and a little vegetable oil.

Once marinated fry the meat in a skillet on all sides to seal it and roast in the oven at 180C for 15 minutes
