Lime Marmalade Ice Cream

My first memory of lime marmalade was standing in my nan’s galley kitchen as a child, firkling around in her fridge for a sneaky snack in the way that children do, and always will do. I pulled the jar from the fridge door – Rose’s Lime Marmalade – and stared at it. It was squat, and the contents a clear, pale, yellowy green colour. I unscrewed the lid and eyed it with a mixture of suspicion and delight. I don’t think I had ever tried a lime before. I stuck a finger in (sorr
