It’s just not Halloween without carving jack-o’-lanterns, and the resulting seeds that come out of the process are an added incentive to continue this practice. Roasting them plain with a sprinkle of sea salt is plenty tasty, but to really liven things up a bit, try throwing in a bit of spice and molasses—the transformation is fantastically delicious! This candy is simply too good to even consider handing out to trick-or-treaters.
