The addition of roasted red pepper from a jar makes this hummus so much sweeter – totally addictive. Pep things up if you like it hot, with a pinch of chilli flakes.

Ingredients

  • 1 portion of home-made hummus
  • 4 roasted red bell peppers from a jar
  • a pinch

Method

  1. Add the roasted red peppers and the chilli flakes, if using, to the hummus mixture in the food processor and whiz until combined.
  2. Transfer the hummus to a bowl and serve with your choice of dippers.
