Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the garlic, Chinese leaves and carrot and fry for 5–10 minutes, until nice and soft. Add the tamari, sesame seeds and sesame oil and put the heat right down and leave.
Put all the omelette ingredients apart from the sesame seeds in a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth, then leave to stand for 5 minutes. Get a nonstick pan nice and hot, then add the omele
