Method

Put all the ingredients except the oil into a bowl and mix well. Heat a medium-sized non-stick frying pan (skillet) over a medium heat and add the olive oil. Pour in the batter and tilt the pan to spread the mixture. Once you see bubbles on the surface, after about 5 minutes, flip it on to the other side and cook for another couple of minutes.
