Method

Combine the flour & salt on low speed in a mixing bowl fitted with a hook. In a separate bowl, whisk together the yeast & water, let sit to activate & bloom. Add yeast mixture to the flour & combine. Add the water & honey, mix on 2nd speed for 3-6 minutes. Stream in the olive oil & continue to mix for 2 minutes. Remove the bowl from the machine, cover it with a warm, dam
