Sweet Corn Succotash

• 4 large Ears Corn, shucked, grilled, kernels cut off the cob-about 3 cups
• 4 Bacon, slices
• 1 Yellow onion

Make Succotash - Heat a skillet over medium heat, add the bacon, & cook until crisp. Transfer the bacon to a paper towel & set aside.
