Ingredients: 2 tbsp + ¾ tsp Mustard seeds, yellow; 3½ tsp Mustard seeds, brown; 3½ tsp Mustard seeds, brown; 5½ tsp Dark Rye Beer; 5½ tsp Bavarian golden beer; 3½ tsp Cider vinegar; 2½ tsp Shallot, shaved; 1¾ tbsp Maple syrup; ¼ tsp Allspice; ¼ tsp Turmeric; ½ tsp Salt

Method

Place the mustard seeds, beer & vinegar in an airtight container & allow to sit at room temperature overnight.

The next day, add the remaining ingredients to the mixture & blend until it is smooth. Store in an airtight container for 3-4 days before use.
