House mustard

• 2 tbsp Mustard seeds, yellow
• 4 tsp Mustard seeds, brown

Place mustard seeds, orange juice, gin, beer, pickle Juice, ketchup & maple syrup in an airtight container, mix well, & cover.

Sit at room temperature overnight or longer. Blend with the remaining ingredients in a processor until smooth.
