Caldo de Gallina

Monday is my day off from work. Sometimes I wake up with such a strong craving for caldo de gallina, I walk from my apartment over to Chinatown to buy a gallina (hen). It can’t be a pollo (chicken) because you need the huevera (unlaid eggs).
