  • 8 ounces [230 g] dark chocolate, 64 percent or higher
  • 2 tablespoons edible drie

Method

Cut the chocolate into small pieces and slowly melt over a double boiler until just melted. Be sure not to let any water or steam get into the chocolate and don’t overheat the chocolate.

Stir in 1 tablespoon of the rose petals.

Pour onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
